Crestmont

I am a Current resident. This place is a joke. The office staff seems to be on a power trip regularly (like all property managers). They are quick to blow up & enforce minor issues against residents but don’t seem to care about the large list of more serious issues that need to be addressed. Ex: trash being dumped by residents & non-residents over night backing up the compactor & blocking the walkway to even get to the compactor (because the gate is rarely closed overnight, even though they promise it will be closed), vehicles being broken into (because the gate is rarely closed overnight, even though they promise it will be closed), the amount of litter around the property is insane, residents allowing dogs to pee & poop on balconies instead of taking the animal outside, residents blastin

Jennifer and Michelle are the best property managers and always so helpful and nice! They have made living at Crestmont a breeze. I love how Crestmont is so close to everything in Irmo but also doesn’t sacrifice safety due to the complex being gated. 10/10!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Crestmont, and it’s been a great overall experience. The apartments are well-maintained, comfortable, and feel like home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. What truly makes Crestmont stand out is the staff. Jennifer and Michelle are amazing — they’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. They’re always helpful, easy to talk to, and make sure any questions or concerns are handled promptly. Having staff like them makes a huge difference and really adds to the positive experience here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept, and I feel comfortable and happy living here. I would definitely recommend Crestmont to anyone looking for a great place to live with an outstanding staff

Brandy was amazing along with her team. Very welcoming from the beginning until the end. Did not have any issues with the apartment or garage for the entirety of my stay. Price very competitive with others and definitely nice cozy apartment. I recommend them if you are looking for a good nice place to stay with a good price and nice sized rooms. Easily fitting king size beds and my tik tok bean bag.

Me and my partners first time here was nothing short of amazing! The property itself was outstanding. Along with that Mrs. Koontz was very helpful, respectful, and determined to make sure we had everything in order. I definitely recommend her and this property. She has us so excited to begin our new life here. 100/10.
