Update: We’ve been given the option to break the lease or transfer to another unit with moving reimbursement, and we’ve decided to move out. The property management team has been very helpful and proactive throughout this process. We are able to move out within 10 days. We truly appreciate their efforts. We’re hopeful the issue will be fully resolved soon so their apartment will be a great place to live once again. Review: 1-Star – Pay for Convenience, Get Incompetence I am beyond frustrated with the management at Crest Manor. For starters, we are forced to pay $10 a month for parcel boxes that rarely seem to function properly. My packages have been trapped in these lockers for over a week. While I understand we recently had a freeze, the weather has cleared, but the lockers remain broken. I went into the office on 1/28/26, and they promised to call the company for a reset and follow up with me. Surprise, surprise—no phone call, no update, nothing. When I went back today because the screen is still dead, I asked them to use their manual override key to let me get my property. The office staff flat-out lied to my face. They claimed they don't have a key, and then tried to tell me that a physical key

My experience here has been phenomenal! The management Team is amazing! Always very attentive to any problems or concerns I have about living in this Appartment Complex. Overall, this is one of the most cleanest, safe, and well managed apartments. Huge shout out to the Staff up front in the leasing office for always listening to my concerns and doing everything in there power to resolve any issues or concerns I might have immediately! Nallely, Isa, Kaylee, and Diamond, thank you for making it a pleasure to live in an Appartment complex managed by you all.

I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Veronica, and she has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s understanding, attentive, and made the application process smooth and stress-free. As a single woman, I can confidently say that this community feels safe, clean, and welcoming. Since the new management took over, living here has been such a pleasant experience! The office staff are always friendly, helpful, and truly care about the residents. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled promptly, and the communication from the office is on point, 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend crestmanor apt.the staff is very welcoming &polite. Lots things to do out doors indoors, love pool size.gym. is worth the money. Good neighborhood walking distance to little shop around. Love my view to the swimming pool ☕️🍷
