100% the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I got a boot on my car even though my car is registered. I even spoke with owner. He was downright rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. He had no answers for me whatsoever. I ultimately paid for the boot since the very rude owner told me without giving me reassurance that I would be reimbursed. I will remove this review if they reimburse me, time will tell. But fair warning to everyone: Stay far away if you can.

Like other reviews, I would like to give them zero stars, but that is not an option. Marilyn Banora, who manages our community is very unprofessional. She never responds to emails, so you don't know if the issue written about is even being considered or ignored. If you follow up with a second email a week later, you still don't get any reply. I sent her a video over a week ago showing her how filthy the tiles were in our community pool. Never got a reply and no cleaning was done. I actually saw her in person this morning and showed her the filthy pool tiles and reminded her about the email from a week ago. She went on to say that the whole pool was going to be refinished in a couple of months. So what? In the meantime, the pool is being neglected and needs to be cleaned. Pretty fed up.

I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation for Maile. Throughout my Short time as a resident of Falcon Point, she has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, patience, and courtesy. Even in moments when I receive a few violations Maile remain understanding, respectful, and kind, never making the experience feel negative or uncomfortable. What truly stands out is how enjoyable and easy Maile Is to speak and deal with. Every interaction, no matter the situation, is met with calm, we need demeanor and a genuine desire to help. The main goal of a management company should be to manage the community and maintain a standard. They should be proactive and keep the board members abreast of any pending issues as well as take the lead on getting quotes for improvements in a community. In our community Crest Management does pretty much the opposite. Maintaining basic task such as landscaping and enforcement are secondary and there has been a steady decline in our community. I’ve been on other boards and in theory the property manager reports to the board but in our association it’s the board members that seem to do the legwork and at the end of the day our community would rank no better than a 1.5 star community. Our pool area resembles a cheap motel and the landscaping resembles the Amazon. I’m personally very frustrate

I really do see why Crest Management has two stars, they should actually have none. They do an extremely poor job at managing pulling automatic payments from the accounts. This has been an ongoing issue sine 2022. When you do call, nobody picks up the phone and when you leave messages (Charlene) specifically, nobody calls back! Gary Budd, you mentioned that this management company would be the last one chosen by a community due to the exceptional service, I beg to differ. You really need to oversee what is going on in this office!
