As a licensed realtor, I am extremely disappointed in their overall customer service and have sold homes from other new construction builders and never had such a bad experience. They completely remove their realtor from the equation and even when I tried to get ahold of Tiffany in the closing department, the one time she did answer, she didn't even give me the information I was requesting. Will never recommend any of my clients use them and would recommend you find another builder! 1.3 million dollar property and they wouldn't work with my client on adjusting the closing date and threatened to take her deposit if she didn't close then and wouldn't communicate with me. Melissa Maldonado in the front office was great about answering me even when it was no longer her responsibility.

The homes are thoughtfully built and decorated with no expense spared. I loved how organized the office staff are and how the models are all in one area. It was easy to tour and compare the homes. The staff was lovely. The added touches for pets was very heart warming.

August 2, they promised we would have a finished house by August 9. 72 days later, there are still 67 items that need to be completed. We have no power to our great room. The range is falling into our cabinets. The pool pumps are off and pavers are stacked by the pool. This has been a nightmare experience. All we get are promises that things will be completed. It’s been 2 months and we can’t enjoy our home. Nobody cares. I wish we went with a different developer.

We are underway with a build of our home. It is already dry walled and roof on. So far the builder has been helpful with pictures and communications. We also had a good experience at the design center. So kolter has been good so far.

Having a son who recently moved the Florida triggered my desire to look in Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding area. I found Cresswind Kolter Homes to be well appointed and very enticing. The staff were very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. Marguerite was a delight to work with and was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. As I continue my search, it is likely that I will be back because Cresswind checked all the boxes!! Great community!
