Cresleigh Ranch - Magnolia Station

Very nice & clean model homes. It's so nice to be able to walk in and be greeted by friendly people. No pressure to sign anything or commit to buy. And so nice to be able to tour each model on our own. It's amazing how room all The homes have. From nearly 2,000 sq ft to a bit over 3,000. It is so quiet at night it's very peaceful and the neighbors are all very friendly. Great homes and community.

Keep looking and don’t look back. They build them way too fast and have lost the attention to detail. We had over 40+ claims on damage and mistakes made. We are still having problems with our lights flashing. They claim it’s the electric company. Disappointed.

Great builder. Beautiful models. Very good value. Knowledgable agent and lenders available to speak with.

My visit to the area for work was great the houses look really nice and if your looking for a quality home in the 600k+ for a new family these would be perfect!
