Crescent Ridge Tallahassee

Crescent Ridge Apartments have been a wonderful location to stay in Tallahassee for the past couple years. It’s quite set off the beaten path but still not far away from major things. The management team are very responsive to any issues and very respectful of your property! The units are nicely renovated with new windows too! I would say my only issue would be the parking situation although there are always plenty of spots it is very tight and you can at most times only get one car down between the cars!

Crescent Ridge is a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable place to live. The units are modern and spacious, with thoughtful layouts and updated finishes that make it feel like home. These people are nice before you give them application fee. After they don’t communicate. Talk rude to you and clearly are not professional. They cater to a certain community of ppl who they will treat fair . Other than that one they see you it’s a different story . Paid a 50$ application fee and was told I will receive decision in the mail whether I was approved by apartment complex . Looks nice but people are terrible to you if you are not white

There is no point in applying for a unit here. Don’t be fooled by any of their move-in specials. Their income requirements are unattainable for most people. Their credit requirements are unrealistic. The pictures of the units they have online are staged units for advertisement. You walk into any of their units and you begin to question whether they actually have any units that look like the ones they have online. They have 3 bedroom apartments for $1,300. A decent 3 bedroom apartment in Tallahassee should cost at least $2,500. You will not get your money’s worth at this place. You get thrown in circles by everyone in the leasing office. You can’t get a straight answer out of anyone. And when you finally manage to get an answer, you realize every employee gives you different answers. Nobody

The building is old and the maintenance issues are ridiculous. And they have no urgency in revolving the issue. I had old moldy windows for 2yrs. Ac went out in April couldn’t open my windows to get through the night. When I viewed the AC vent for what appeared to mold the guy said it was just dirt (see photos) It’s currently out for same issue in the month of June but because the temp is 2 degrees off what they deem an emergency they won’t come until next business day. They tried raising my rent excessively until I was going to move then they kept it the same because they’re likely didn’t want people moving out. The parking ia horrible in back. Side of building is poorly lit. Let’s not speak on how terrible the tubs are and won’t get clean no matter the products used. The pool stays close
