If you have to move somewhere quickly then I suggest a month to month, other than that do not waste your time here. I just had the most stressful start to my transition to another state because of the idiocy of the office and “new management” playing in my face with my security deposit based off of their own clerical errors. Would not recommend for more than 6 months-1 year of residency.

This is by far the worst living experience I had ever had! I lived there for 8 years, moved in 6 months pregnant. They pushed my move in from October to CHRISTMAS EVE! Then when i moved in they had a cockroach infestation so I at 6 month pregnant had to pack my things not once but twice because the neighbor at the time just let them chill in her house so they’d keep coming back into mine. There were MULTIPLE management companies throughout the years each worse than the next! The only competent people in the office are the Jen’s that worked there (there were 2 different woman that were amazing) everyone else is a joke! I had a SQUIRREL come into my bedroom after complaining for A YEAR about them going to come in. I paid 500$ to remove it and then had to file a civil suit to get it taken off

DONT MOVE HERE! Been here since June. There have been problems after problems unaddressed. I read the reviews with hopes that new mgt would take care of things. But it’s actually them who refuses not to. Work orders upon work orders.My blinds won’t even open bc of how dated they are. I was promised a new closet door. Never got that. My screen door is busted. My ceilings looks like they’re going to collapse any second. This is a rat infested complex. The rodent guy broke my stove. They won’t come fix it. This is a disgrace how these apartment complexes buy into these types of business & offer absolutely no assistance. This place is ran down. None of the apartments looks remotely close to the demo apartment (that no one lives in).

This place is horrible. The pool has not been opened in years. The air conditioning doesn’t work and all the pictures of inside. The apartments are fake. The apartments are not upgraded at all. The rent is also a lie. The rent is not 1250 it’s almost 1400. Don’t be fooled!! It’s a bait and switch. They should be investigated.

Car break-ins, falsely advertising "updated units", windows shake when the wind blows, loud neighbors, maintenance calls that take forever to be resolved, half the units have old A/C units that don't work or leak and the new management will not replace even though central air is advertised, people dump their pets and tires here, super loud deafening music every Saturday ALL NIGHT LONG, forced to use and pay for terrible Spectrum service that goes out ALL THE TIME, townhouse that haven't been renovated since the 80s/90s, they paint porcelain sinks with wall paint🤦‍♀️, kitchens are TINY, mandatory maintenance fees for subpar maintenance, HORRIBLE pothole-filled parking lots with HARSH speed bump... hope you aren't fond of your car.
