Honestly, living here wasn’t a terrible experience. I rather enjoyed it. It is close to everything. My car never got broken into keyed dinged or scratched here. I would consider the pool, always clean. the complex has some age to it, but it’s unique I didn’t have a problem with pest bugs or any of that. The people are reasonable and considerate. If you’re looking to move into San Diego, ignore the bad reviews. This is a good starter home, and if you are looking to come and start a new beginning this is a great place. Not to mention, my neighbors were great people

Living across the street from this property has become unbearable due to the frequent and excessive noise created by the tenants. Loud gatherings, shouting, and late-night pool use are a regular occurrence, often continuing well past midnight. It is now 2 am, warm out so unfortunately I have to have my window open but my fan running, I can clearly hear tenants' conversations as if they were right next to me. I have repeatedly filed complaints with management about this ongoing disturbance, but nothing has changed. Management appears more interested in filling vacancies than in screening responsible tenants or addressing community concerns. Nice friendly atmosphere If you are looking to relocate then come to Rolando court Apartments . Dog friendly and great location plenty of stores within minutes . close to freeway that takes you to the beaches . its just a great place to live

Do not "ignore the bad reviews" as someone said. This place is a nightmare and management is negligent. The only good thing is the central San Diego location. I ignored the bad reviews and now I'm hating life living here.

I live here back in 2016 for nearly 8 months, had to break my lease, back then I paid nearly 1200 for a furnished unit. Don't remember the unit size, hut it was great for me and one other person. Nearly 800 sq feet i believe, 1 bed, and 1 bath. Place worked perfectly for me, looks like it upgraded since then. Be mindful of the, homeless near the dumpster. But the location is great, have the barber right there and they are great. I love dirty birds across the street, Tokyo sushi is decent. Be on the edge with the massage parlors there, guaranteed rub and tugs, im sure cops are on the lookout there. Other than that, they would tell you when they would do maintenance, the washing machines gave me a struggle but it didn't impede my life. Painting hallways only held me up once. Building manager
