I've been here since 2022 and it's been a good experience, the newer management is on top of it especially Alexa the current property manager who has helped me not only with the lease renewal but with getting a few things fixed due to wear and tear. Any request I put in for maintenance is usually taken care as quickly as possible. 👍

Not safe community. They have gate and security guard but they don’t give good security. I ask for videos to send to the police and the manager don’t do anything for cooperate.

I’ve been living here for 3 months so far and the new management has been on it. Any work order I put in she gets it down within 48-72 hours with no problems. She had fixed the resident parking lot that was really horrible and it feels like it’s a whole new parking lot.

the assistant manager is the best, always helping me out with the questions i have. Very respectful person, need more people like Mrs.Darreyl

best place in Houston to have the tires ripped off your car. even though it's a gated apartment with security. if you ask me they're in on it.
