All the staff here is great! From the start Suzanne was very responsive and helpful with questions I had, Jonas did a fantastic job in assisting me through the application process and Angelica was great during the final move in process. I couldn’t be happier!

I had an amazing experience moving into Crescent Apartments! From start to finish, Jonas truly stood out and made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I applied and was able to move in just one week later, which was incredible. Jonas and Yaz were both so helpful, professional, and welcoming. Everyone in the office was extremely polite—even offering me water while I was there—which really showed how much they care about residents. I absolutely love the apartments and the amenities. Everything feels well-kept, comfortable, and like home already. I’m so happy with my decision and grateful for how seamless the experience was. Huge thank you to Jonas for going above and beyond—I highly recommend Crescent Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

All the 1 star reviews here are spot on and accurate. They don’t pick up their phones on purpose (the manager even told me they don’t pick it up when it rings) so you constantly have to be walking in to check up on the process. They scheduled me an appointment and I had to get out of class early to make it, just to be told that there is no appointment for me. So me and my fiance had to wait for 45 minutes until someone could help us. I couldn’t just clear my entire day for something that should’ve taken 1 hour max but instead took 3 hours. The monthly income that they said we make was very inaccurate and they tried to get us to pay more than what we were told. The process is way too long, the staff is completely useless, and it seems like they just want your money. Who knows if we will get

This office deceives everyone! They calculate income incorrectly! They constantly lose documents during processing, so you have to bring the same document several times. They are irresponsible. Our family was charged an additional $30,000 for some reason. They offered us an apartment for $2,600 without a balcony, without additional closets or storage space! For that money, you can rent a house! Is this an income program? They deceive us as much as possible. When submitting an application, they charge $25 from each adult in the family (which is non-refundable according to the contract) and another $100 deposit (which they are obliged to return). The most unprofessional office staff ever encountered. I would highly recommend rethinking their choice of who is managing this new property. False promises, mishandled application and months of back and forth for nothing but wasted time. We are on month 2 of waiting for my $100 deposit fees that were promised to be returned within 8-10 days. They lied about the AMI tier pricing when questioned just to get the application in and tried to use upselling tactics to make it seem like a $400 monthly rent increase was no big deal. I told Angelica day one I was not interested in applying unless the amount quoted was the true numbers and she routinely gets loud and tries to be intimidating when questioned on basic facts.
