Creekwood Apartments

We lived here for over a year. Had to move out to a better location less rent less headaches. Not Recommended to any one who plans to move into these apartments. We will be waiting for when they decide to have a New property manager in charge and maybe we will come back and rent. New Management and New Personnel. The worst renting experience EVER. Two thumbs down.Rent anywhere else but there. You will regret it like we did. Recommended a few family members few months in for the referal bonus. Glad they did not do it.

I just really like this apartment, I move in last year, the place is safe, admired how Wendy is always helpful, the maintenance staff is fast. I'm giving ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ they make me feel part of their family.

Living at Creekwood Houston 290 has been amazing experience! The property is peaceful, Wendy is always friendly, responsible and genuine caring, from moment I move in, If you are looking for a place to call home is definitely the place to be.

Go ahead and move here if you want your property stolen. We lived here for 2 years , our cars got broken into several times. The staff is so rude, called the leasing office and got hung up by the staff several times. Things always disappeared from inside our apartment when we weren't home. WE Do not recommend this place to anybody. Our cars got broken into and they say they weren’t responsible for it, they had a security and the security would be on his and her phone. Sitting in the car from beginning to the en end of shift. At the front of the office. DO NOT MOVE HERE. These apartments are HORRIBLE and alm they ever want is your money and to steal anything of value you own.
