I would like to appreciate Mary from the lensing office front desk. She is great at the job she does when it comes to communicating she makes sure everything is understood. She also is very professional and with a positive energy that is welcoming as soon as you step into the office. She is amazing and helps with whatever questions or concerns may arise for anyone.

I have lived in this place for 3 years and is finally moving out. If you’re considering moving in please consider moving somewhere else. The rent increases 80+ plus dollars a year an additional 900+ a year. The fees total for the year is around $1,200+ a year on top of what your rent is for basic apartment. If your income doesn’t increase please make sure you can afford the increase. Your apartment will become infested with mice’s, roaches and spiders. I had roaches failing from the bathroom ceiling with a nest behind my stove. I had a rat or mice chew the fridge cord causing me to need a new one. I have put in over 15 maintenance orders on my bathtub that’s always getting clogged and 8 on the dishwasher. I’m in the basement. The front door to the building gets jammed daily preventing you

Mary at the leasing office has been so nice and welcoming and always very helpful. I've been living a Creekview terrace for 5 months now and I am very happy with the community and my apartment. I would highly recommend checking out this apartment complex if you're looking for a safe home

I had a tore of a beautiful apartment here today. Mary and Sue are super friendly and helpful ladies. I greatly appreciate all their assistance. I'm looking forward to moving into my beautiful newly renovated apartment.🙂 If your looking for an apartment, I highly recommend you check it out. Update on this apartment complex. I've been living here now 2 months and have discovered that the building is mice 🐀 & cockroach 🪳 infested I'm now locked into a year lease of this nasty infested building. They had the exterminator here two times and it's done nothing to help the situation. Also our package was stolen the hallways don't have cameras. The building also has a squatter in the hallways doing drugs. Turns out you can't judge a book by its cover I'm truly disappointed and unfortunately stuck
