Creekview Gardens - Lobos Management

Have had nothing but a horrible experience since living here in three short weeks. The place was absolutely DISGUSTING when we got here. After driving 5 hours from Ohio to move here and cleaning my last townhouse spotless, the last thing I wanted to do was scrub this place top to bottom just so I could unpack my belongings. Maintenance won’t come fix anything because I have a dog (never called to let me know on their way and put her up or try and reschedule) and believe me, there’s so much that needs fixed. I’ve called the office and was told the manager was to call me back to work something out and of course, have never heard anything. So extremely disappointed and upset with having to live here especially when all the reviews I’ve seen haven’t been that bad. Wish I could upload the pictu

The only good reviews are when lobos bribes people to write positive things about them in exchange for a service. They told me at one point if I gave them a good google review, they would seal my doors and replace my carpets. Neither of which happened. The last bribe was “give a 5 star review and we will give you $20 in free laundry!” So read the good reviews with caution.

I’ve had a lot of issues with Lobos in general. My old apartment flooded, no one came to fix it for days. When they came They didn’t dry it correctly and we had a moldy carpet that they then left in our unit for probably 5 days, until my boyfriend cut it out himself. Now my toilet has been Broken for days and no one has came to fix it. We have one toilet in our apartment and it’s a necessity. If you live here, good luck with getting anything fixed in a timely fashion.

The customer service and experience was nothing short of amazing. Darren went above and beyond when working with our schedules to view the apartments and walked us through the process with ease. Creekview Gardens has become our new beautiful home and community. If anyone is beginning to look around the area to move or even moving from another state, Darren is your man to make is seamless.

Made an appointment to go tour the 2 bedroom apartments in Verona, PA. I was told I would receive a text message the day I scheduled and then again the day of appointment telling me where to meet the realtor. I never received that messaged. I called Creekview Gardens the following day and left message after several calls and got no response. Called again the day after that, which was the appointment day, and no response after several calls/message.
