⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just moved into my new apartment and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Bobby was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect place. The entire staff was informative, polite, and incredibly helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their residents and take pride in what they do. Moving can be overwhelming, but this team made it an exciting and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Do not move to Creekview apartments. It is such a depressing place to live. They are giving discounts to leave good reviews!! The parking lot if literally a landfill. The trash is always out of control and there is litter all around the complex. They use a third party call center to answer all the calls so you can never get in touch with the office staff. There is no maintenance. I have had a work order for five months and have went in office multiple times to check on it, to no avail. The gym is trash and no machines work and no access after hours. It is June 24th and the pool has not once been open since last year. The ones photo of the door handle is because someone tried to break into my downstairs neighbor's apartment about a month ago and there is no maintenance on property to fix it

genuinely THE worst service ever , my moms washing machine has been broken for 6 MONTHS and they have yet to fix it, every-time we go get attended by staff they tell us they’ll have maintenance come and go check it out but NO ONE ever comes and attends our broken washing machine and the little times they came and checked it, a maintenance person comes , says they’ll be back, and never comes back afterwards??? DO NOT MOVE HERE, like we need to wash clothes ?? we’ve had to go to washing places just to wash our clothes bc of this neglectful service , the staff might be alright but this is crazy to put aside basic needs of a paying resident of the apartments.

AMAZING property and staff!! Our team visited today and was able to speak with Dayna in the leasing office; she was so welcoming and helpful. Had such a great experience!!

Hall ways are very dirty. I asked management to pressure wash hall because it’s embarrassing to invite company over and the halls are so nasty I was told the pressure washer was broken or at sister property. Rent is expected but residents needs not met. Property should be taken care of better.
