Creekside Village I

Do not live here. I had cockroach problems when first moving in, was minor and pest control had just came out so I thought it would go away. Said they came again about a month later and that’s when everything got worse. They crawl out from the trim on the wall, the outlets, there’s a whole below the dishwasher that they mainly come from. They’ve even gotten in my fridge and freezer but didn’t get very far due to temperature. I can’t even leave water out for my dog without them getting in it and I have to dump it. On top of that, I’m allergic to cockroaches so I’ve had multiple doctor visits and now have to take super expensive meds to help reduce my symptoms. This isn’t including people who smoke in the enclosed stairwells and in their apartment which leaks into other apartments. That’s o

The only nice thing about this place is the actual layout of the apartment and the utilities included. I put side of that DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They are infested with mice! We haven’t even been here two full weeks and already have had 3 mice sightings despite all our stuff still being packed up in boxes and containers! They know this place is infested and yet still openly trying to lease these apartments! These buildings need to be emptied out so they can do a proper extermination or they just need to condemn the whole complex and knock it down! The leasing office will look you dead in your face with your children, knowing you have a bay crawling on the floor and pregnant with another baby and still let you lease here. Knowing that rodents carry diseases and illnesses! Do not come here! T

They don’t do their jobs! Mice in my apartment and haven’t been here but only 3 weeks. I have a camera in my home! They’ll send an email asking how was your maintenance service but maintenance never comes! Pest control can’t move appliances, maintenance has to do that. But let me not pay my rent and it’ll be a problem. If I don’t get someone out here ASAP, I’ll be contacting the county and reporting this place to have it inspected and hopefully condemn!!! Until then, I’ll just continue to leave bad reviews. I don’t care if I have to make a million different emails just to drive their ratings down. Oh well. DO YOU JOBS!

I was simply trying to get a tour of the apartment. I scheduled the tour online, I received text messages to confirm my appointment. I called to double check the price of the apartment and was told the office was not going to be open for tours. They were going to call me back to confirm, that never happened and they still fail to answer the phone. That is a red flag for me.

I like the Inside of the apartment it's been renovatedand has lots of space but A few things that were not fixed in the walk through said there would be done but Wasn't they did have a maintenance man Come out the next week but he did not call to schedule so that was inconvenient and didn't have everything. He needs so we are waiting for him to come back. The mail box is super old and dirty And kids Loiter and make a mess in the hallway and in front of the building. Wishing that the laundry room door was locked because it can be unsafe at times.
