Creekside Village

We lived at Creekside for three years in two different apartments, and I feel it’s worth sharing both the highs and the lows of that experience. Pros: * The staff were responsive and respectful. Non-urgent service requests were usually handled within a day, and maintenance staff were always kind and professional. Office staff, whether in person or by email, were also courteous and usually responded within 24 hours. * The location is excellent. The surrounding trails were a highlight! My toddler learned to ride his bike there, and we discovered his love for ducks and turtles. We have lived at Creekside for 1+ years. The management and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. They also communicate well. We appreciate the community standards that the management sets. The place is quiet and well maintained. Very close to town and the river path is in walking distance.

We lived at Creekside Village for almost 3 years and loved it! The staff are responsive and helpful and the amenities are great. We never had any issues with our neighbors or with car break ins. They even have a security company that drives around to check on things and you can report issues to them if you see something suspicious. There is TONS of extra parking and the mail/garbage locations are spread out in a way that makes them accessible. Our apartment had been recently redone with new carpet and appliances. Like most housing in Eugene, we wished it was a little cheaper but for the neighborhood and the way they kept up the property grounds, we felt like it was fair. Was super surprised to see an apartment building allowed to operate with such disdain for the ADA within the state of Oregon. I thought you had to provide reasonable accommodations. Seems to be a fairly pervasive problem for this property. For however much money you think you’re saving, you better have a savings account twice that size for the inevitable civil suit that I’m sure you’ll catch soon enough.

My husband and I lived there for 3 years. We loved living there and the pretty walk and bike path behind the apartment, but it's time to move on to a bigger space. During our stay, office management have always been responsive and respectful. One time our fridge broke down on a Sunday, and only one maintenance guy worked. We were able to get a replacement fridge the same day. Another maintenance guy (Chris) was on his day off that day, and he was able to help the other guy lift the fridge to our apartment on the 3rd floor that day! We really appreciate this. Another time, our toilet broke, maintenance was able to come in within that same hour! This place honestly (in my experience) have one of the most responsive office management and maintenance folks.
