Creekside Village Apartments

I moved to the Creekside Apartments in January. I found the apartments to be a charming, cozy, quiet and a private place to live. The tenants I have met are very friendly and love their little "mini" houses. They are quite a find compared to some of the places I searched. The office manager Melissa is very polite, kinhearted, and a good communicator. I have managed to connect with her from time to the time, (which is something she does not have much of managing 84 units alone), because she and I are both dog lovers. There are quite a few fur babies living here and my little mini poodle, cannot wait to go for walks so she can play with her little friends around the complex and see the ducks in the pond.. I made an application to move here. The manager is totally incompetent! After the application I never heard from her, finally, after waiting 3 weeks and hearing nothing, I physically went in. The manager (Melissa) was not there. When the person there looked at my application on the computer Melissa had not EVEN submitted it and it had the wrong address and phone number. Then my daughter and I went back about 3 weeks later and she was there and said I had been accepted. I NEVER received a move in date and only after we went in did she tell me it was 9/01/25. NEVER did she call and advise me of this. I had sold my condo during that 6 weeks but had to refuse the offer because I had NO PLACE TO LIVE!! I HAVE to sell my condo before I can move (cannot make two payments!!). The deposit was made

I was in search of a one bedroom apartment and my son in law sent me a text with a link for Creek Side Village in Edmond Ok. I decided to checkout the website and ultimately decided to make a visit to the property which turned out to be what I was searching for and more. Melissa the manager has been very helpful and professional throughout the application process all the while making me feel welcome to my new home. The community is friendly, clean, well maintained and most of all very quiet. So far I am enjoying my one bedroom single story apartment very much.

I just wanted to give a shout out how beautiful and cozy Creekside Village. Amazing landscape and excellent service. My Manager Melissa cares deeply about the welfare and happiness of each resident.

Lack of maintenance is an ongoing issue: over a year since I’ve been here and I hear from residents who have been here longer, that it is standard to wait weeks and even months for issues to be resolved, if at all. And there is no way to prove you have turned in requests. The resident portal, if allowed in, Is empty and does not provide maintenance requests. There is no fitness center. No tv in ”clubhouse” and no wifi and residents are discouraged and often barred from using the clubhouse.There is no “walking trail;” it is the sidewalk. The pool is closed most of the season for lack of maintenance. The grounds are degrading and eroding. In places, sidewalks and the parking lot are covered in heavy slippery dirt.
