Creekside Park Apartments

I called a day ahead let the very respectful woman know what we were looking for and when. She said we have it and booked us for a tour at 10am. However another woman at the offices the morning of the tour, said the exact opposite of what the woman on the phone did. Her manners were very indifferent and confused. Not sure what has happened but it was very confusing for us. Not a terrible experience just confusing 🫤

Don't choose that place. I stayed there for a year. They work with a towing company. They tow your car every day with a ridiculous excuse. They also take all your extra rental value from you with different excuses.

I'm extremely impressed by how clean the property is. The staff in the office is so kind and helpful . Apartments are beautiful.

Do you want strangers constantly entering your apartment? Then Creekside is for you. Constantly under construction, so lots of noise, and at least once a month you'll find a notice on your door stating that they will need to enter your home. They do this as they please, sometimes giving you a 3 day window. Also, they take zero responsibility for the laundry room which usually only has a few working machines at a time, so be prepared to wash your clothes off site. Neighbor are great, but it's one of the worst places I have ever lived due to all the intrusion. (A few weeks later after this review was written I've already gotten. 2 entry notices. It will not end. This is beyond ridiculous).

We have been living in this place for 3 years, this community is very well maintained always clean, the apartments have a great space to dress comfortably. Office has always served us very well Rachelle and Jocelin are the best. Thank you
