Creekside Park Apartments

Creekside Park Apartments was a great experience for my mom who lived there for 2 years and if she did not have to move due to family matters she would gladly still be a tenant. The office staff/ maintenance was very helpful, friendly and efficient. They always responded to her inquiries within a reasonable timeframe and made sure she was satisfied and her stay was a pleasant experience. Creek side thank you for making my mom’s living experience in Florida a happy one!

Service Technician K. Torres was amazing with getting what I needed fixed. I have lived out here for 4 years and I have never had an issue when something needs to be fixed, I’m very pleased with my new apartment home.

I’ve lived at Creekside Park Apartments for almost three years, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don’t let the fake positive reviews fool you. What’s being advertised online is not even close to reality. Management has changed several times since I moved in, and somehow it gets worse every time. The leasing agents start off super friendly right up until you sign your lease. After that, the vibe changes completely. They become dismissive, unhelpful, and act like you’re bothering them anytime you have a question or concern. And the worst part? No one in the office ever seems to actually know what’s going on. Noise complaints? Useless. You can file a dozen and still be stuck listening to loud neighbors day and night. They make it clear they don’t care about the

I had previously reviewed this place when I first moved in with 5 stars. I signed my lease with the help of Melissa who was amazing unfortunately she no longer works there and the new management is absolutely horrible. They worry more about towing people’s cars then the fact that there’s a giant unrepaired hole in front of my complex or the fact that people came by to fix the staircase that’s hasn’t been worked on in 2 months now and has been blocked off and boarded up. They’ve tried to tow my truck twice once without a warning or a reason but luckily my boyfriend was there. I even referred a friend to live here she signed a lease and mentioned my name but rep she worked with forgot to write it down when we asked about it they said it’s “time sensitive” and that they won’t offer anything.

K. Torres is incredibly nice and helpful. Very much appreciate how he and all of the maintenance team always fix my issues in a timely manner. Thanks guys
