Creekside North Apartments

While looking online for a one bedroom apartment, I stumbled upon Creekside. I thought they looked like nice apartments, so I scheduled a tour for 9 AM on a Friday. I showed up, went to the leasing office, and nobody was there to guide the tour like I was promised in an email. I called the leasing office and property manager and left voicemails on both machines. While I waited, a resident walked up and told me about how he couldn't reach the property management team to notify them that his heat was not working for the second time this winter, and he insisted that I look at other communities. Later that morning, I received an automated email asking how my tour was. Not the best first impression.

What a waste of time. Set up a tour via email at 4:30pm. Pulled up, and we were told they closed at 4 today and that we were speaking to their "AI." We had not been warned at all. What a joke. From the looks of it, the interior walls were very sloppily finished, and we could hear everything inside the first building, very noisy. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere this is not it!

I have been nothing but impressed and happy with my time at Creekside North. The team in the office is far and away the best I have ever worked with as a renter - Aaron and Theresa will always respond to whatever issue you are having within a few hours. All of my issues have not only been answered but RESOLVED within 4 hours. I pay a great price comparative to the local market right now for a very nice 2-bedroom apartment that has a newly renovated kitchen, lots of natural sunlight, fully functioning heat/AC, etc. The community as a whole is great. I have had exactly zero problems with my neighbors - the walls are a tad thin so if someone is playing music or watching a Michael Bay movie you'll hear faint traces, but I'll be honest I've never lost sleep because of what my neighbors were do

From my initial apartment search to finalization an apartment rental, my experience with Creekside was the best by far. But the deal sealer for me was working with Christy. She is everything you would want in someone helping one navigate the challenges in finding a place to call home. Honestly, from the very first chat, she was honest, engaging and professional. She is an absolute gem. I also had the opportunity to meet with Andre. A consummate gentleman and professional. We feel so fortunate to have met them, and deeply appreciate their time and hard wok. And, finally Isaac, so funny and engaging. On a personal level, they are just the loveliest bunch of people. And I commend whoever hired them, I doubt you’d come close to finding a better team. A weight has been lifted off our shoulders.
