Creekside

I love the neighborhood it’s quiet and clean and maintenance (Elijah) is so amazing and professional. They come immediately to address the problem. The 4 br offers washer and dryer included which is really awesome. Just don’t expect to do laundry as if you’re using a full size washer and dryer. It’s super small. Ashley and Jaci have amazing customer service and try to assist in anyway they can. My move in was easy, paperwork and approval was quick and painless. The whole team does an awesome job!

The experience started off great. 12.13.25 move in day not the house type seen nor was it corrected was told we could move for a higher price but it was their fault from the beginning. 2 days after move in house was flooded mind you this was a never lived in home. Was told when maintenance came out that there was a clog items lost have yet to be replaced today’s date us 1.27.26 3 year old sofa so yep it’s fairly new, pots and pans, dishes, baby items, etc….not one damn apology or offer to replace anything. It’s been problem after problem. The plumbing coming tried to blame us mind you we hadn’t had a chance to use the bathroom 🚽 because it flooded 2 days in and we hadn’t already been told previously on first two visits it was the property fault that has yet to replace our damaged property

In a tight spot, Ashley made my anxiety disappear extremely quick! She has helped us so much, we did a walk through of the model house(which is absolutely amazing to have), then went to the place we were thinking of renting. With all the things PLUS MORE we were looking for, we decided to apply. Got accepted quickly, and i cannot wait to see what the future has in store here at Creekside. Thanks a bunch to Ashley!

Creekside is an amazing place to live. Maintenance keeps the neighborhood clean and it is so quiet here. Jaci and Ashley in the office are very helpful and they have been doing fun events lately. You are missing out if you don’t live here already.

Definitely the most clean and environmental complex we could find around. The houses are huge and massive space for all needs theirs 4bedrooms are just amazing. And the management team is a plus, always ready and responsive for all your requirements. Love here!
