I want to leave a positive review. Maintenance are good people, Edgar and Carlos work super hard and do a great job. Kathryn has been nothing but pleasant every time we cross paths and move in was a breeze. I was told this is a non-smoking community. Every single day I have my vents pour in smoke from the neighbors. I have had dialogue about this issue with the office and they have explicitly told me they will address it and it hasnt gotten any better. Several times a day my apartment will flood with the smell of cannabis, cigarettes, or burning incense. It makes living here very difficult to recommend.

The faucets on my tub before repair turned off and on in the same way, clockwise turn on. Now the hot water turns on counter clockwise. It would have been helpful for the maintenance man to demonstrate the on and off direction for the new valves. I was trying to turn the hot water on clockwise instead of counter clockwise and thought it was still broken. Thank for asking

I lived at Creekside for several years. Bad: - My car was broken into multiple times while I lived at Creekside. Each time I put in maintenance requests for lights or cameras or something like that. I never would receive any word back. I get these things can’t happen overnight, but it really sucked to not get any acknowledgement. - Our mailboxes were broken into SEVERAL times while I lived there. Multiple times I would walk out to see papers everywhere and the boxes pried open. Right as I was leaving the property, they were working on getting the mailboxes indoors, which is great. - The water in my building was often shut off. Sometimes we would get a notice, sometimes we would not. They clearly were working on the water lines frequently, but it really sucked to miss out on showers before

I had high hopes for this property after touring and reviews. Unfortunately, my concerns at move in have not been addressed for more than a week, and amenities were down for the remainder of the season. I have reached out to the property multiple times with extreme lack of communication. Additionally, I specifically asked about pest concerns during my tour, and have found an adult roach in my apartment- again, with no response. Moving is stressful, and this property does not ease your concerns. Editing (10/06/205) Edgar is a fantastic maintenance technician who goes above and beyond for residents. He gained another star for this community!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this complex. My spouse and I, along with our 2yr old, truly enjoyed our time here. The community is lovely, and the office staff have always been supportive and quick to assist. I appreciate being able to handle disputes in person. I was living there for about five months, and during that time, my downstairs neighbor moved in. She expressed concerns about the noise from our toddler, which I completely understand as a stay at home mom with a top floor unit. I communicated openly with her. Unfortunately, she worked from home, which made things more challenging. I made an mutual agreement with the office to terminate my lease with no fees. We moved out in April, but now, in July, I find myself facing a charge o
