Creekside at Arden Apartments

I’ve lived here 6 months and so far it’s the best apartment the rents are very reasonable although they don have a pool or fitness room I never use them so why pay for something you don’t use it’s very quite don’t hear neighbors ample parking close to everything

This place has changed since the previous owners. They raise your rent by $600 and don’t even bother to tell you. This is greed at its worst. If you want month to month th instead of a lease, you’ll pay hundreds of dollars more a month. I can bet you it’s not legal for them to do what they are doing. And I intend to find out. Do not rent from these shady, greedy, non-communicative people.

Went there for a tour and no one was there and they do not answer the phone horrible customer service

Been almost 2 months with little to no water pressure. Everytime I call it gets ignored and so does my voice message. The one time it was answered I was told I'd receive a call back and never did. Was told they need a plumber. Nothing has really been communicated and I'm still paying 1250 for a studio. No discounted rent or any kind of rectifying has been made, I am in the dark still.
