Creekside Apartments @ Madison Barracks

Nothing in the building is level. They advertise washer/dryer hookups but only certain apartments have it. The app you have to use to pay rent charges an additional $30.00 if using a debit or credit card. There is a yearly lacrosse tournament that happens in the field here that the apartment manager fails to disclose. Parking is horrendous. No parking spots are labeled or marked and no one around here knows how to park without taking up the equivalent of 2 spaces. There is no AC and they give you screens for the windows that are to small for the windows. In addition, 3/4 of the storm windows that are in place are painted shut so you can't open them.

Beautiful old buildings. I appreciate the historic gate has been retained. The way the old apartments and other old buildings still surround the Madison Barracks parade ground keeps the historic flavor and context of the site. I'm glad there is ongoing conversation and effort to keep the old barracks alive.

Terrible snow removal and the buildings need lots of work. Nobody takes care of the property here. Terrible service and maintaince

High turnover of employees! Multiple issues with properties. a lot of talking and less doing things.

Just the view alone is stunning
