Lived here for almost three years at Creekside: Pros: -maintenance always goes above and beyond to fix whatever issues you have. -lots of community/holiday events which is nice! -office staff is friendly and communicative -property manager is very friendly and communicative and really willing to listen. -great parking & location -right by a beautiful walking trail A few cons: - it is an older building so some of the appliances like washer dryer you have to run 3 or more times before your clothes are completely dry. - pipes are old so there's issues with leakage -the water heater takes a bit of time to heat up the water. -units are small and rent is a bit expensive for what it is.

I am writing this message out of anger and deep frustration regarding how I was treated by the staff and management after moving out of your complex. I lived in this community for almost four years. In the beginning, it was a very good place to live, and the staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment I decided to leave. Because I left before my lease expired, I understood that I was responsible for additional fees and my final month’s rent, and I paid what was required. I paid for a full 30 days, even though I only lived there for 20 days, which means you owe me 10 days of rent, in addition to my security deposit. On top of that, I was wrongly charged a late fee. I personally went to the office, explained the situation to the manager, and she clearly told

I have a broken shelf in my refrigerator. I have requested repair for the maintenance on Creekside website. The maintenance crew has come to look at the problem three times. Seem as though the refuse so old the part to repair this ancient appliance is unavailable. All of my appliances are ancient, rusted and ugly. Management does not seem interested in updating them.

Dear, Community Whomever is complaining or calling the front office concerned about our Black, well-fed, rescue cat (Feather), please know we have been contacted by the office and threatened with a notice of eviction if they see her outside, unaccompanied, again. We do not have the time nor the expertise to train her to be stricktly indoors. We have a 2-week-old baby, and like most of you, full-time jobs. While indoor/outdoor cats, on average, do not live as long as indoor cats, we believe outdoor cats have a better quality of life. We admit that the lease, here at Creekside Apartment Homes, mentions all animals must be accompanied when outside (a small and easily missed snippet from an otherwise long document), but the way this has been handled, and the reaction from the front offi

It’s a great place to live. Nice pool, good neighbors and staff, until it’s time to move out. You have to give 60 days notice and due to health issues, on Oct 8th I gave them 30 days notice that I was moving 3 hours south. They charged me for December minus pet fee, water, etc. and I had to pay them $845 for December rent. There was a waiting list for my 2 BR 2 BA apartment and they had someone in my apartment by the end of November. So they got double rent for December. I can understand them charging me if the apartment sat empty, that’s understandable. But renting it out right away and knowing my health issues they only care about the money and not the tenants special circumstances.
