I just moved in to Creekpointe apartments and I must say, the whole experience has been nothing short of amazing!! The staff is what makes this place a place to want to live!!! Mrs. KK and everyone else were so helpful, patient, informative and responsive! The move in process couldn’t have been any better!! 10 out of 10 I sincerely recommend!!! Check them out you want be disappointed!!! Oh and the apartments are nice and spacious!! I love my apartment!!!

From the day I set an appointment. To the day I moved in Kk the Manager has been nothing but amazing. She has been working with me to make this process easy, quick and smooth. Again I am just moving in but so far I have no complaints. Also a big thank you to Maintenance for working hard to get the unit prepared for my move-in day. (I’m a Newbie so update coming soon) ☺️🏡👏🏾

Walking in the door of the leasing office was a breath of fresh air. KK FISHER greeted me as soon as I walked in. I explained to her exactly what I was there for and she immediately started helping. I had a fantastic experience, and KK made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Thanks again KK 😊

I just have to say, the new company that’s taken over has been doing a marvelous job! After five years of living here, my blinds have finally been replaced, my tile has been redone, and my carpets have been cleaned. The service and professionalism from both Ms. KK and Ms. Johanna have been absolutely amazing — their kindness and care make you feel like family! Even though the company is still cleaning up the mess left by the previous owners, they’ve managed to get more done in two weeks than what we saw in the last five years. They truly deserve our patience and support as they work hard to bring our community back in a positive direction.

I had an easy move in process, and great help from KK in the office! She made sure i felt welcomed and ensured any of my concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend keeping this kind of service around.
