If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Living here was honestly one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. Stacey in particular was consistently condescending whenever I called about issues with my apartment. It felt like every time I tried to get help, I was treated like I was bothering them. Half the time no one even answered the phone. Maintenance was just as bad. You could call something in and they wouldn’t show up for days, sometimes over a week after the scheduled time. Basic issues that should have been fixed quickly were constantly ignored or delayed. Safety was also a huge problem. If you’re considering living here, think twice. Maintenance will enter your apartment without notice if you have an open work order—no call, no warning, they just show up whenever they want. There’s trash all over the complex, the gym A/C has been broken for over a week, and several pieces of equipment have been out of order for over a year with no attempt to fix anything. Many apartments also have ongoing mold issues, which management continuously ignores. When you bring up these serious concerns, management will either brush you off or give empty promises with no real solutions. What’s worse is that they have no problem breaking the lease agreement themselves—violating your privacy, ignoring maintenance requests, and entering your home without proper notice. This place is terrible. The pest control is terrible. And that isnt even the worst of it. - My dishwasher hasn't worked in 3 years. - My stairs are slanted and falling apart. The carpet is even coming off. - My shower hasn't been resurfaced properly and looks horrible. - I know we have roof leaks because I've got soft drywall around switch covers. - My fridge doesnt make ice properly. - My door isnt sealed properly so my AC runs constantly. You can literally see the sunlight through my closed front door. - My windows are so old they fog up and look absolutely disgusting. - None of the service tickets I've entered, no one seems to care about. - I've been waiting over two weeks for someone to come fix my AC. Oh, it needs service. Its leaking so much I jave water coming through my floors. T

JOSE IS THE BEST! our master bath sink was leaking. He came and fixed it in less than five minutes. He also fixed our blinds for us. The process of moving is so stressful, I've been overwhelmed to say the least and was not looking forward to dealing with the process of fixing any issues within the apartment. Jose was professional, courteous, extremely polite and kind. He made, what I thought would be a stressful situation, super easy and quick. I can't rate him highly enough! If you have a work order to put in for your apartment, finger's crossed it's Jose who comes and fixes it. I will specifically be requesting him for any future work orders. Thank you Jose! You made my day!

Lonnie did an OUTSTANDING job with the tour and sold us no problem on an apartment. Extremely knowledgeable on the complex and answered literally every question we had with ease. Y’all are lucky to have him!
