Creek Village Apartments

Excellent stay. The unit with the den was spacious and the den can certainly be used as a second bedroom. Lots of storage space. High speed internet is available and was pretty stable with Spectrum. The complex is quiet and kept clean. In almost a year, I only saw 3 cockroaches which was a nice surprise. Mia and Dianna are pleasant and responsive and so was Joel (maintenance guy). Highly recommend.

My partner and I resided at Tramor at Creek Village for about a year and a half and just recently moved out at the end of March 2024. We loved our time living here!!! The leasing manager, Zoee, was amazing and kind! She was responsive and went above and beyond whenever we had questions or concerns. The property is very pet-friendly, it seemed as if almost everyone there had a dog or a cat, yet we never had a problem with pet waste. The property is kept clean and well maintained. The maintenance man on site is very attentive and responsive. When we first moved in we found a couple of critters here and there (nothing crazy) we contacted the leasing office and they promptly sent pest control the following morning. I have lived at Tramor at Creek Village for just over a year and I love it. It's a small, quaint and quiet community in literally one of the best locations in Austin, 78704. It's right off South Lamar, five minutes south of downtown and just north of the 290/360/Mopac interchange, so you can easily get to where you need to go throughout the city. You can walk to In-N-Out Burger, Peoples Pharmacy, Pluckers, Wheatsville Co-op, Gold's Gym, Pep Boys, Sprouts, Starbucks and Target. Central Market, Juiceland, Walgreens, Office Depot and the Regal Westgate Stadium movie theater are all just minutes away by vehicle. Honestly, DO NOT LEASE HERE! The pictures of this apartment looked very good online, and the staff were courteous and helpful when my roommate and I came for a tour. We were told we couldn't see the exact unit that was available, but the one next door was very similar. It was under construction, but generally looked fine. They also showed us photos of the unit we'd be applying for, which also looked fine. We applied and signed a lease to move in about a month later. I picked up the keys this week and was shocked when I saw our apartment.
