Creek View Apartments

This apartment complex's staff is full of incompetent people. My fiance and I moved in in September 2024. In just a year of living here we have had more issues than not. For example, in Feb of 2025, we woke up in the middle of the night to water pouring from our light fixtures, vents and alarms in the ceiling (we are on the first floor). When we made the call, the maintenance guy let us know that they had left a window open upstairs and that a pipe froze, which then burst. He also told us he knew it was going to happen at some point, just didn't know when. We were unable to stay in our apartment for 3 days, they did not give us a place to stay while this issue was being resolved. These people have neglected our issues and concerns since the day we moved in. They are required to give 24 hou

Applicants beware: in the fine print of the application it says that if you're approved they will keep your $600 deposit if you choose to move somewhere else. I am a leasing agent myself and have never heard of a company keeping someone's deposit simply for applying. I am having to find a new home last minute because my current home has been deemed legally uninhabitable, and this company is keeping my deposit because I found somewhere that could get me out of my unsafe home sooner. Every company is out to make money, but this is incredibly ethically murky.

Creekview Apartments is a wonderful place to live. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have lived here 8 years, moved in just 2 years after they were built. Apartments have spacious and open floor plans, modern appliances and a kitchen island. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Complex has a Pool , gym and a community area you can rent for events. The leasing/office team are absolutely the best to work with. Maintenance team are very prompt resolving any issues. The groundskeeping crew keeps the complex beautiful.

Great location! Greatest experience ever with an apartment complex. The staff is the friendliest and best ever. They know how to make it really feel like home and very good at communicating things for the complex. Best place I have ever lived at in Colorado by far. I highly recommend this apartment complex to live at.

I put off leaving a one star review until I had a chance to talk to the leasing office. They just proved that they have no humanity and you are nothing but a number and a paycheck.
