Creek Ridge Apartments

I have had the pleasure of living here for 9 years now and I can’t say enough about this place. Very quiet and friendly. I love my neighbors and I love the staff and maintenance as well. I placed a call as I had a leak in my bathroom and Brandon came in and redid my entire bathroom in one day. He was very informative and what was going on and I came home to a beautiful updated flooring and new toilet. It’s the little things that mean the most. Here is to many more years of calling this place my home ❤️

Worst complex I've ever lived at, i'm talking worse than college housing. Breaking my lease here was the best thing I ever did.

Interestingly, this complex removed my negative review after I left it months ago. Do NOT live here. The management team will belittle you and do everything they can to make your life hard. I have a service dog. After I provided them with papers and documentation from a primary care physician, they tried to inhibit him from being able to perform his services and berated me with questions and speculation about my disability. The apartments are not up to code. There is mold on the ceilings, under the sinks (along with exposed wires), and in the laundry room. They will hit you with every fee possible when you move in and out. The walls are paper thin and children hang out of second story windows yelling at each other. If I could give zero stars, I would. Been here 3 years. From the first, there have been water issues. Leaks, too many to count, from the dining room ceiling, kitchen ceiling, under kitchen sink, laundry room, bedroom ceiling, bathroom. Basically everywhere, over and over. Management will lie to your face and say they fixed something, when they did not, if they respond at all. I had holes opened in walls, and never repaired. Then rats coming in through the holes. Management doesn't care about the tenants, or the property. My rent was never late and was paid through the end of March of this year. After the last major flood a few weeks ago, I came home from work one day to find a note on my door saying, "Due to major repairs needed in my apartment, they would not be renewing my lease."

I have lived at creek ridge for almost a year now. I had never lived in a apartment but it has been very nice. Quiet area , close to my sons school and work. My neighbors are wonderful and the property manager is fantastic. Also Darrell the maintenance guy is amazing. He has helped when ever I needed him no matter what time. I read reviews from the past and its not the same. Under New management and new owners I will be renewing my lease. I'm hoping for a 3 bedroom the second time around and it feels like home. Affordable, safe, I ccouldn't ask for more. Accept more closets and a massive kitchen but that's every girl's dream. :) five stars all the way!!!
