Creek Bay is a a cozy, quiet and charming community with beautiful scenery. Love this place!

Christina and Jordan are the best part about these apartments. Everything else is not worth being here and Kevin is not helpful at all, he clearly struggles with communication. I asked for help bringing up a package that was left outside, he said he would look into it but never circled back. When I followed up is when he stated maintenance isn’t obligated to help. Since helping a resident is an inconvenience, I won’t be renewing when the time comes.

Leasing agent was not knowledgeable about many items. I stopped in on a Monday, he said he normally works weekends & didn't know where some of the apartment keys were, etc...

I have actually really enjoyed my time here. Management has gotten a lot better in the past year, maintenance is always responsive. The only thing that kills this place is the constant car break ins. I have had 5; 3 in the last 6 months. Sometimes they leave vodka int car, sometimes completely trash it, sometimes they put glass bottles behind my tires. Anyhow, this is not just a problem with me but constant emails are going out about the break ins. This is a one way in one way out complex. It would not be that hard to install cameras at the entrance (where most of it occurs) and one half way through. I can’t wait to leave because of this and at this point I feel it is grounds to break my contract.

Expensive for the what they offer. No playground, parking issues, old apartments still they charge a lot. Good customer service though.
