I recently worked with Credo Management, and overall my experience was positive. Their team was professional, responsive, and willing to communicate clearly when I had questions. I appreciated that they were straightforward about the process and worked with me in a respectful manner. That said, there is still room for improvement especially around transparency and response times. A bit more proactive communication would go a long way in making the customer experience smoother and less stressful. If you’re looking for a company that will at least treat you professionally and work toward resolution, Credo Management is solid. With a few improvements in communication, they could easily provide a top-tier customer experience.

I just moved out of 319 Franklin property. Sheenah has been the best landlord i’ve ever had!! They truly care about your wellbeing & they are more than just ‘landlords.’ I’ve been late multiple times & Sheenah has worked with me every time. If you communicate with her a plan of action of when you can pay, she is beyond understanding & compassionate. Besides her generosity of understanding late payments.. Any maintenance request that was submitted was responded & plans made to be completed by the next day!! they are also extremely considerate with my dog, (knowing pets can be anxious around construction noise or new people.) My son has lived at 1120 23rdSt. for 11 years with Credo Capital being his 4th Property Management Co. Since they took over they have rented to tenants Sheanah claimed does extensive background checks on! The last one threatened a nice lady's life and threw a shoe at her dog. He was arrested while here for assaulting a PD officer. Credo did nothing but tell him to say "sorry" to the good tenant. The power and AC was out when it was well over 110°. NO response for SIX hours from 5 tenants telling Credo there was no power! Not the first time!! This was them NOT MidAmerican energy. Last winter my son was to start a new job. I have been living at a property managed by Credo Management Company for over a year now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. At a time when many other places turned me away, Credo gave me a chance—and I’ll always be grateful for that. Since moving in, everything has gone smoothly. The staff is professional, kind, and always quick to respond. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and the property is clean, safe, and well taken care of. I have never had a single issue during my time here, which says a lot about how well things are managed. While the price point of Credo Capital apartments might initially seem appealing, the reality of living here has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Our move-in was a clear indication of the lack of attention to detail. We were greeted with vulgar crayon graffiti on the walls, suggesting a complete disregard for basic cleaning standards.
