I've been dealing with Civic for almost a month over my account being compromised. So I've been locked out many times. I'm going on the 3rd new account so the ACH payments didn't go through. I received a quick response back from Tori with CUMA about this matter. She's changing me over to another bank account I have so the payment will draft out of it. Thanks for the great customer service!!!

Unavailable, inaccessible, and incompetent. Will loose documents, unable to access documents. Will miss payments. When the switch happened received notice in mail that LGFCU only has fixed loans and that my arm was being transitioned to a traditional fixed. Even called to confirmed. Nope, loan just adjusted and nobody knows anything. Now they re saying I’m missing payments which I physically go into bank and pay every month. The tellers cannot connect with them. When I call they’re all busy and I cannot access my mortgage payments online. Too complicated. Too many mistakes just avoid. I’m refinancing asap just to get away from them.

My whole experience of trying to refi My home has been a nightmare. I’ve had little to zero communication and any communication I have is just random emails with what we discussed changing. I literally started this process and finally decided to move forward after and I wish I didn’t. I started on the title work and an appraisal on agreed situation and then without any communication they changed the entire loan that we agreed on and just sent me a notice that hey we’re trying to close this loan on this date with a completely different loan without anybody telling me. Too say I’m pissed is an understatement.

Cannot get answers to why my mortgage is going up $248 a month! I’ve left messages and nobody has responded! Never had any issues with LGFCU!! I was with them 30 years!! I like being able to sit down with someone and see the whites of their eyes and this place you can’t do that. Moving my mortgage to another place!! This is beyond frustrating

Never had an issue with our Mortgage when it was LGFCU, now that we are with CIVIC and whatever this service provider is, my payment was taken out of my account and then put back in and I was told I did not have any funds, when I called to get help with either a deferment or skip a payment, the customer service rep I talked to was hateful and no help at all. This whole situation is a nightmare and a joke!! Bring back the old LGFCU!!!!
