I am giving 2 stars and not 1 because Michelle was nice when I went to see the place with her. Whoever, she promised she was going to call me back next day to give me an answer to apply for the apartment and she never got back to me, I called her and never answered my calls, once she replied please text me, I did text her for the second time and she never replied to me. When people is looking for a place they an answer to know if they can apply or just move forward with the search, the least she could do is to take 30 seconds and reply back so you don’t keep waiting for her. This place really needs to work on customer service.

I really do not understand how anyone would allow them to manage their property. I don't even know where to start describing how bad they are. I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent property that is managed by them. And the maintnence people ... I am just really out of words. I think you are just better off doing repairs yourself (including structural work). It's not like they would know what's happening on that property any ways. Interestingly enough they call all bad reviews fake. Not to mention, than they personally complained to my husband about my review.

I needed an apartment for rent and this company really helped me find a very comfortable one within my price range. Michelle is very professional and she showed commitment throughout the whole process. Thanks!!
