DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! When I first moved in they did not have a city inspection, so for two weeks my sister and I had no heat or water! Next big issue one month later we had a water leak in the ceiling and they had to tear away the roof and shut the water off again! Both times they did not provide us a hotel. We had to take cold showers and sleep in the cold! The bottom outlets did not work, and the kitchen sink did not get hot until about 10-20 minutes of letting the water run! My sister and I had enough, we were forced to move because of all this, and now they will not give me back my deposit! I never missed rent one time, and was a very polite tenant! While I have never rented from Creative Management, I know that good people are working there. I wrecked my car and ended up sliding into a yard of a home they were doing some repairs on and the men working came out to check on me several times while I was waiting for my ride and they were so kind to me. They were a great comfort to me and I was glad that they were so kind.

I mountain rain. Have been living at Madison place 2 years going on 3 we have new management that in my opinion is trying to make our place and homes look a lot better they're being a little strict. But that is a good thing That they are willing to work with people if you call and ask them. Because I know we all want our homes and the place we live to look nice and as presentable as possible

Charles does an amazing job. He helped me and my grandsons get a place and we love it we are so happy to be here and Charles is always helpful and answers any questions that I have.

Great family friendly neighborhood, great management, and great location. I've lived here 4 years and have no complaints.
