Our experience with Rochelle and everyone else we encountered at Creative Homes was a breeze. She was so efficient and helpful. The quality of our home really makes us feel good about our choice. We love our home and the neighborhood. The neighbors are great too. We would definitely use them as our builder again.

Working with Creative was pretty great up until closing. This review focuses on how they lost 3 stars rather than how they earned 2. First, they gave us the wrong keys at closing--minor hiccup, whatever. Then it turned out their plumber installed the water heater improperly, so we went without hot water the first few weeks of January. After much troubleshooting, the (new) plumber had to re-route the water heater vent--so there was a bunch of plumbing, drywall, and painting work being performed after we moved in. Creative waited until August the year after closing to do our final grade and landscaping--violating the time limits in both our purchase agreement and the development's declaration, and giving us a frustrating, muddy first 8 months in our new house.
