We are thrilled with Stacey Valnes and his team member, Colleen. Stacey helped us organize our house of 22 years for rental and came by at least 4-5 times to review and advice. He is very involved in the process, enthusiastic and gave us a lot of personal attention. He has an excellent construction crew to assist in preparation like painting and patching, repairs, etc. He and Colleen were very quick to respond to texts and calls which we really appreciated. His photographer was excellent and sold the rental. We were able to rent our house in a week and a half! We are very happy with the service and care from him and his team. We recommend him highly.

In our case, Stacey represented the seller. I had a very disappointing experience interacting with Mr. Valnes. His main focus is lining his own pockets rather than serving his clients. Throughout the process, I encountered numerous instances of misleading information and a lack of transparency. It felt like he was more interested in closing than being ethical. Additionally, communication was poor; I often felt ignored or brushed off when I had questions or concerns. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy or sell a property to think twice before engaging with Stacey Valnes Properties or CREATE Properties as he is now known as.
