really dangerous place to live, they have a homeless camp in the alley right next to the trash bins and they are on the property taking naps in the hallways of the apartments.

I would say don't rent here the property manager Tomi and her supervisor are so rude. My husband was found deceased January 25th 2024. When I got back the apartment wasn't secured. It took them until March 13 to get email from Tomi to tell me that they chose a hazmat company to go in and clean up the bodily fluids. Mind you I've been in contact with Tomi since the 28th of January about getting my property. Everything I owned was in there. When I called the company they said they were told to dispose everything. I am still in shock. EVERYTHING in my home I shared with my husband is gone. I own nothing. So I contact Tomi and go in person and she tells me she's upset as well and that the communication between the maintenance man and the company was the problem and she was working on figuring

some little knuckleheads here and there but they seem to be weeded out, at regular intervals as the police are pretty relevant in the area, I don't favor a bunch of chaos, or brute police force, but if it keeps the shade that crime casts to a slim minimum, go to town. Management is decent as long as your clear and serious about what your presenting to them. My lot was clean and above expectations, I'm front row and feel good about the deposit and the amount I pay on rent, My wife is in love with the size of it, My furry boys are happy, so I'm happy.

I lived here a a few years back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The apartments are a nice size, and they have backyards which is nice because not a lot of apartments have yards, but other than that, there's no reason to live here. We had constant flooding, maintenance problems, bugs and so on. The pool is horrible, the grounds are never taken care of, and the neighborhood is horrible. The elementary school is the worst in the state. You're better off not sending your kids to school if your only option is to send them to Myers. Also, if you're lucky, you might only get robbed once. I've call Craycroft Gardens home since 2015. I come to love my home here, has met some good neighbors, a few are friends. The property manager, Sabrina is the best manager ever. In 68 years I've met and interacted with quite a few, but none has the integrity, empathy, and charming personality as she does. I, like a lot of seniors have been going through hard times during Covid- and she has been there for me and lady (my service dog). Craycroft Garden, is the place to call home- here. Its like I'm home with family. As for security, maintenance, or anything else, Sabrina is there to help. Equilibrium is so blessed to have her in their employ. Maintenance, too is like family.
