I would never rent through this company in my life because how can you make two elderly people move out that have been living there for 27 years in which one of them can't even walk and they kept telling y'all that stuff needed to be fixed but y'all would never fix it

Before arriving, I asked a woman if they accepted cash or card to pay for the key to view a property. She confirmed that they accepted both. Upon arrival, I must have met a different woman who told me they only take cash. This was a bit inconvenient but followed through. After we viewed the property and paid for the application - we receive a call saying our application was denied due to income qualifications granted we make 3x the monthly rent. I followed up with the property manager to understand what the threshold was considering we already met the standard requirement. The PM says, “Our financial requirements are, an applicant must make gross in a week what the monthly rent is. Also, if two applicants apply together, they must each qualify individually if they are to sign the lease.” W

I own and rent out several properties. I call to ask for a simple reference about a new tenant inquiring about my location. The woman that answered was nice but couldnt give me any info on if tenant pays rent or not. She directs me to the property manager Frank. Frank has been working there for 30 years but when he doesnt want todo anything he says he has things todo so he couldnt help me. He wanted me to do his job for him. Of course you need permission from tenant to get her payment logs to see if she paid on time. Or just tell me yes she paid on time. Was in the market to downsize to a smaller home. Went into the office to pay for a key rental to go view a specific listing. Upon entering I automatically felt an uneasy feeling. Everyone looked up at me but no one spoke. 2 older ladies were sitting in the front so i spoke and requested to get a key. I told then the property address and they immediately said that its an application already in for that property. Ive tented from other companies and have never been turned down just because an application has already been submitted. If that app hasn’t t been approved then the property is still available. They won't work with you if you fell on hard times, I told Bill that I was going to pay the rent the following day after he said he was going to take it to court. He couldn't wait a day, they already had the papers filed and everything.
