Ms. Leah Ghielmetti has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and an inability to follow basic instructions in our recent business dealings. Specifically, she failed to copy me on all emails and documents as requested by both myself and the other party involved. This raises concerns not only about her individual integrity and competence but also about the overall capabilities of the company she represents. Despite my repeated gentle reminders, Ms. Ghielmetti made no effort to rectify the situation. As a result, I escalated the issue to the company owner, who then had zms. Ghielmetti with copies of the emails up to that point. However, there has been no further communication or resolution since then. Friendly service until you rent from them. A little slow on doing background checks. Hopfuly your rental doesn't have any problems, 4 months and still waiting for a smoke dectector for hearing impared to be installed. refused to fix steps.

Worst experience and applying for a house. The property manager Jennifer is extremely flaky does not return phone calls and takes applications for the same house even after somebody has passed credit and background checks. They continue taking money from other people applying for the same house on top of the fact that she is hardly ever at work and then lies to her boss about returning phone calls and being in the office all day. This company is a joke
