Cranford Court Apartments

This is the best apartment living experience I have had. The apartments are nice and spacious. Management and Maintenance are amazing with a fast response to any issues that may arise. I recently had an issue with my water heater and AC this year and they took it very seriously and replaced both with a new AC and water heater. Also the complex is quite secure and with roving security at night which is always nice to see.

Everything is at its best, the property is very well maintained and every issue is addressed with utmost importance and professionalism. Kaye (property manager) and the maintainance professional, both are very considerate and they are very helpful. The apartments are specially very very good and are in very clean condition. Mine has the best view. Also last month we had an issue with our AC which was addressed immediately and was resolved ASAP! They make sure we are facing no problem and if we are they are quick to take care of it. The property is very clean and aesthetic, I just love it here and would recommend to consider for yourself especially if you have a family. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the incredibly helpful and responsive property management team, specifically Kaye. They communicated clearly every step of the way and made sure I felt welcomed and prepared. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as promised!

I loved speaking with Kaye. They were professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly while guiding, supporting me and my partner throughout the application process. These apartments are so amazing the last place I lived in they would never fix anything. I sent an email to the manager. She got maintenance to come the next day in the morning and it was fixed before noon. The guys were so professional overall a really great experience.
