Cranberry Township Pa Cranberry Townhomes

These townhomes were a great place when I moved in 4 years ago. Rent was $1,155 and it was the cheapest place to live in Cranberry. Every year rent went up and when they sold in 2024, the rent was already $1,355 but the new owners raised the rent to $2,400! This forced a lot of people out including me. 7 people on my street alone moved out and since I am a single mom with one income I couldn't afford to stay and just moved out a couple of months ago. Even us "lower income" people deserve a place to live. These places, although remodeled, are NOT worth $2,400. They are 3 bedroom(2 small rooms and one big) 2.5 bath, but adding new paint and new flooring doesn't change that the place is small, has zero storage, and one of the 3 bedrooms has a "closet" that is so small you can fit just one per
