Craig helped my sister and I sell our ranch recently. I could not have been more happy with the work Craig did for us. Right out of the gate he made a big impression on us. He was able to give us a presentation that went over everything we needed to know and expect. My wife even said "If you want your ranch sold, that man is going to do it" after our meeting. During the process, even though the market had slowed down, we received regular updates and recommendations. We also got recommendations on things we could do to the property to make it more appealing. It took about 7 months or so but we ended up with three great offers in a two week period.
