Professionalism doesn't cover it with Tatum. She is efficient, communicative, persistent, and will work on a national holiday if it helps a client (and did for mine). We received regular updates about my clients' loan process to put everyone at ease during what is typically a stressful period. She shows up for closings and that's not something all of them do. It was over-all a great experience for all involved. She was also helping the buyers with their loan, in addition to handling the moving parts of a bridge loan for the home my sellers purchased. Highly recommend!
