6.5 months after closing, 3.5 months after our bedroom was torn up and it’s still not done. The floor is still ripped up and covered with cardboard. We have not heard from Craft Warranty in nearly a month. They have yet to provide a plan or timeline on the repairs. We love the neighborhood but this is beyond ridiculous to have the master bedroom torn apart for going on 4 months with no idea when it’ll be finished. 5 months post closing and the work is not even close to done. Our master bedroom has been torn up for 2 months with no timeline on repairs. We can see the outside now and it’s going to be in the 30s tonight. Do not buy a house from this company. They don’t care about you or what your house looks like. They will rush and force you to close so you’ll miss important areas that need correction on the house, then not fix the issue because you didn’t include it on your punch list. The quality of their homes are the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure how this company continues to be in business. Trust me, you’ll regret buying a home from them, ask any person that has bought an house from them and they’ll tell you the same.

Avoid Craft Homes/Dream Finders at all costs. Their poor craftsmanship and high prices are just the beginning. The construction managers and warranty team are disorganized and unresponsive, pushing you to close with numerous outstanding issues that they will never address. They delay endlessly and ultimately fail to resolve problems. Customer care is chaotic, with representatives lacking work ethic and professionalism. Despite paying for location and upgrades, you receive low-quality finishes. Communication is a nightmare; calls, emails, and texts go unanswered, and promises are broken. They use excuses like the house passing inspections, even though there isn't enough hot water for multiple household members to shower simultaneously in different bathrooms.This has been my worst experience

Honestly the sales process was amazing. Rick was more than accommodating and informative. It’s very sad though that the quality of the build is very , very poor. During our first year we had multiple appliance failures which warranty gave much headaches to respond to. Also while they built the house next door to us , in addition to stealing our utilities, they left lots of damage our property from bribing heavy equipment through the easement. In the home multiple cracked tiles , which they claimed would not happen because of some special barrier on the floor, Wiring issues with grounded cables and switches, and now the latest the tile from the columns on the just fell off due to the poor job they did mount them in the first place . Craft Homes has possibly the worst quality, attention to detail and customer service of any business. No matter the deal, lot, and/or upgrades they throw at you - AVOID! You will be paying for it multiple times over down the road. My community even has a Facebook support page for anyone buying a Craft/Century home if that tells you anything. After a huge battle with the sales rep, PM, and VP, we finally agreed to terminate the contract for their horrific work. However it even took months to get my deposits back in full. My complaints were filed with the BBB and department of consumer affairs, which was the only way to get them to comply. I drive by the house almost daily and it sat there for over half a year after they told me it would be complete with people always going back to fix so
