Great people to lease from they respond quickly to maintenance needs etc. The only issue is I made sure I cleaned the home and sweep every corner upon my departure and all I got back was $15 from a $400 deposit. It took me 2 days with only 3hrs of sleep just for $15. They charged me for things that they are supposed to do when a tenant leaves the unit such as whitening a tub etc. but what do you expect when I was there for 3yrs. Again they are very great people to rent from and give to their tenants during the holidays just don’t expect your deposit back.

I called to ask about a rental home and the lady that answered was very rude and seemed like she just didn’t want to rent it. I asked for an aplicación and I told her the house was for one of my employees that just moved here then she asked how much she made. I told her $1500 per month and she laughed and said sorry whoever rents this house has to make at least $3000. Then I told her it would also be her granddaughter living with her and helping pay the rent. She immediately said they don’t make enough plus they don’t have rental history. Who said they didn’t have rental history? She didn’t even ask how much the granddaughter made. And on top of it I was planning on gifting her 6 months of prepaid rent to help her but she didn’t let me say anything before the lady hung up on me. I understa
