This office, especially Eric, has been such a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find a home fitting our personal criteria but we had such a great time getting to know Eric and interacting with him. He's a great, funny, and dedicated representative of the company. I also dealt with Carol a lot through email and her response rate was impeccable. I highly recommend using this company for rental or buying purposes. Five stars!

Carol is the best landlady I've ever had. Not only has renting from her these past five years been a pleasure, she has changed my entire life for the better. Because of her I am now buying the home I've been renting. CQ Orlando is the best realty company in the world as far as I'm concerned.

Eric Weigand provided one of the best home selling experiences I have ever encountered! He was professional, experienced, and patient with all of my questions. In addition, he was honest and forthright; no games. After dealing with several other realtors in the Orlando area and being disappointed, I am fortunate to have worked with Eric Weigand. I highly recommend him and I plan on working with him again in the future.

My roommate gave a 1 star review. Admittedly, it wasn't perfect, but these realtors were a few steps above other realtors I've dealt with in the area. For example, one place made us pay for a background check and then disqualified us for something they knew before hand. CQ went and confirmed with the owners of the property that everything was OK before me and my roommates paid ~$50 each for the background check. They even helped us negotiate a pet addendum in our lease. Yes, it did take a bit of time before we got some repairs done, but until then, the bathroom was useable, and after the repair it was very nice and well done. I'd give 4.5 stars since it wasn't perfect, but I think the 1 star review was unfair so I'm giving 5 to try and balance it out.

Rented from them for two years. Not ONCE was a maintenance request ever responded to. Our point of contact, Carol, was consistently rude, condescending, and unprofessional. More than once she has called in borderline hysterics. It was like renting from a child. AVOID.
