My experience with CPMI Property Management specifically with Emily has been extremely disappointing. Communication was unreasonably slow, and simple requests turned into weeks of waiting and follow-ups! There was a noticeable lack of accountability and professionalism throughout my entire interaction! When you manage properties, timely response and respect for tenants should never be optional. Unfortunately, Emily failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I genuinely hope CPMI reviews its internal management and training because this level of service is unacceptable for a professional property management firm!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with CPMI was so disappointing that I feel it’s important to warn others. Their staff were unresponsive, unprofessional, and seemed to care very little about resolving even basic issues. Maintenance requests took ages to be addressed, and communication was either vague or completely absent. Do not be lured by the good Google reviews here about their staff. Take a look at other review platforms to see a more accurate picture of how they actually operate. You’ll find plenty of people describing the same poor service and lack of accountability I experienced. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a company that actually values its tenants and property owners.

I’m beyond fed up with CPMI and Jill. Seriously, I’ve never dealt with someone so careless and dismissive!! Every single time I tried to reach out, she either ignored me or gave half-hearted answers that solved nothing. Weeks passed, problems piled up, and it honestly felt like she just didn’t care. No empathy, no urgency, no accountability, just excuses!! I’m paying rent, not begging for favors! Tenants deserve basic respect, but with Jill, do not expect that!!!! If you’re thinking of renting under CPMI and Jill’s management, DON’T DO IT!!!!!!! Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the headache. This experience has been nothing but a nightmare. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Jill has been taking care of El Parque for seven years. She has always answered my calls. She is efficient and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t ask for a better person to manage this property.

After being mismanaged for a period of time, we are very lucky to have CPMI as our management company for the last few years. Jill Walsh has gone above and beyond to help us through some issues and I cannot say enough about how happy we have been with CPMI. I highly recommend them.
