COZY HOMES (Tiny Houses)

UPDATE - Nathan built my tiny house almost 5 yrs ago. He did a great job in designing my home. The house has been very comfortable to live in thus far. I'm so glad I made the decision to downsize to tiny house living.

Nathan is very generous with his time, advice, and help. If you're looking to work with a down-to-earth builder, on a custom tiny house, you could do a lot worse than Cozy Homes. His knowledge is extensive, and the network of tradesman he's worked with over the years help to address any and every construction snag if/when they occur. Also, his whole family are wonderfully kind.

Nathan is outstanding with customer service. He always took the time to meet with us and discuss design options that met our needs. Also, he is true to the tiny house life style (with experience living in one) and has many years of experience in the Austin area which was great to know. Nathan was also very open about allowing us to look at models that were in the process of being built and we appreciated his transparency with billing. We would recommend him to anyone considering designing a tiny home!

We were the first complete build project that Nathan took on.
