Cozy Homes canceled my booking at the very last minute after confirming the stay and even asking me to verify a new address. They clearly received another offer and decided to drop my reservation without any consideration. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Hosts who act like this should be ashamed of how they treat their guests.

Must say that this company has been great for me and my family. I’ve been with them since the very beginning and things have been well. Repairs are made, calls are returned,they handle all my concerns and issues very pragmatically. Advice for future and present tenants… Just communicate with them

Both my husband and I are very pleased with our home and the owner. He was very friendly when showing house to us. When the heater went out he replaced it a brand new one, even better than the one that was in the house. We will continue renting from the as long as the are around. The house we rent, we absolutely love. Thanks Cozy Homes for our beautiful home.

Horrible experience all around. I gave 2 stars because the property itself was nice, but from start to finish these people are difficult to work with. Even viewing a property with them is painful, they are rude when they answer and then will only show a property when one of their employees is "in the area" rather than scheduling a viewing like most places. If you make it past that pain point, they say if anyone spends the night even once they need to be on the lease. If the rent is paid and there are no behavioral/noise complaints then we should be able to live as we wish, but this office likes to control personal aspects of tenant living. They won't come fix things when they are broken, Barbara will tell you whatever you're reporting as broken is "not a big deal" and they will fix it when
